Kumpula High School is nominated for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award 2026

AFKS is proud to announce that Kumpula High School is among the nominees for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Awards 2026. The prize is given biennially by the European Union and the Fundació Mies van der Rohe, Barcelona, ‘to recognise and commend excellence in European architecture in conceptual, social, cultural, technical and constructive terms. It is considered as one of the most highly regarded European awards.
